Frozen Doughballs for pizza bases
Our premium quality Doughballs are manufactured using the finest ingredients
with no
artificial preservatives, flavours or GM materials. They are low in fat and have a
salt content of less than 1%. They are made using an original Neapolitan recipe
giving high quality, good elasticity and flavour to make traditional pizzas.
For best results thaw out the doughballs in a fridge for at least 12 hours and then remove
at least 2 hours before use to allow the yeast work. Roll out in the normal way add
sauce and toppings and bake until golden brown.
La Pizza Doughballs are extremely versatile and work in many types of ovens including
wood-fired, stone hearth, fan assisted, etc. They are available in
a wide range of sizes
to suit most requirements from 185gm to 800gms.
