Really Italian bread available in the UK
Traditional style Focaccia with that distinctive yellow colour and open texture this product
is made to an Old Italian recipe. Made using semolina flour the dough is handled very
carefully and is proved for over 24 hours to give it that rich Mediterranean feel and taste.
After baking the product retains its moisture and has a course texture with light eating qualities
but with the typical flavour of Italian Focaccia.
It is an ideal accompaniment to any starter either on its own or with a variety of dips.
The product is fully baked and can be eaten after defrosting although we recommend
warming through to bring out the flavour.
La Pizza Focaccia is available in two varieties: Cherry Tomato or
Rosemary flavour,
and it also comes in 2 sizes: 1kg rectangle and 250gm oval
