Delicious served warm

Our Quality Semolina Breads are exclusively made from fine hard wheat semolina,
derived from durum wheat. We use a traditional Italian recipe from Sicily to ensure that
the breads have a unique flavour and texture with a soft yellow crumb colour.

They are part-baked frozen and are easy to handle – simply thaw out, place on a baking tray,
lightly brush with olive oil and bake for about 10 minutes at 190oC / 200oC depending on the oven. They are available in 500 gm loaves and are a really good accompaniment
to any meal especially served warm.
