	Start-up package Everything you need to start making top quality “fresh pizzas”! The start-up package includes the heavy duty Bakers Pride P18 twin-deck stone hearth baking oven, along with a countertop refrigerated topping unit (pans included!) - perfect for holding cheese, tomato sauce and pizza toppings.
		The oven - compact and versatile, the P-18S single compartment oven holds 8 x 9” pizzas and is ideal for use with par-baked pizza bases or thin-style fresh dough pizza. Features 400ºC thermostat, 15 minute timer and can be stacked for increased capacity. Topping unit - this all stainless steel refrigerated topping unit is perfect where a selection of pizza toppings are needed without a refrigerated cabinet underneath! Features exterior mounted temperature display and is supplied with glass sneeze guard as standard.
