Traditional Italian Pizzas
The Wood-Fired Italian Pizza Bases with Sauce are made in Italy and are part-baked
and then frozen, locking in all the flavours of this traditional product.
During manufacture the Wood-Fired Bases are given a 48 hours natural
proofing process, hand stretched, covered in a rich tomato sauce and then
part baked on stone through a Traditional Wood-Fired oven.
The Wood-Fired
Bases take on all the flavours of the wood and the fermentation,
resulting in
a truly traditional hand stretched authentic Italian pizza base.
This product just has to be tasted to admire its quality.
